General (crisis) management

Assignment :

• Restore confidence between the new French shareholders and the authors, personnel, trade unions & public authorities.
• Redeploy the cy according the group directives & reintroduce result driven mentality.

Context : 240 people employed (Belgium + Paris), in strike for 4 weeks ; authors massively quitting for the competition ; record loss of 7+ M € in 2006 ; overhead costs exploding to 6,65 M (first six months 2006) ; 72 M turnover.
