RECEIVER - designated by the commercial Court of Namur

In April 2015, the commercial Court of Namur appointed Robert Baert as the Receiver for HYMETEC, a very small company that manufactures and distributes worldwide disinfectant products for the hospital sector or in communities (rest homes, schools, etc.).
The assignment was completed by the end of November 2015.
